Spring Cleaning for Your Faith
"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age." — Matthew 28:19-20
There is something remarkable about those words. Jesus spoke them two thousand years ago to a small group of ordinary men — fishermen, tax collectors, everyday people not so different from you and me. And yet the weight of what He said that day has never lessened. Not by a single ounce.
The Great Commission was not a suggestion. It was not a calling reserved for pastors, missionaries, or theologians. It was given to all of us — every believer who has ever drawn breath in the name of Christ. It was given to the grandmother who quietly shares her faith over a kitchen table. To the retired schoolteacher who slips a Bible verse into a conversation at the grocery store. To the young father trying to raise his children with something solid to stand on. To every one of us who has experienced the grace of God and simply cannot keep it to ourselves.
That is why Twelve Disciples exists.

We live in a remarkable moment in history. The same internet that can so easily be a place of division, noise, and emptiness can also be one of the most powerful mission fields the world has ever seen. Right now, there are people searching — truly searching — for hope, for meaning, for something real. They are typing questions into search bars at two in the morning that they would never ask out loud. They are lonely in ways they cannot quite name. They are closer to the Kingdom than they may ever realize.
We believe the body of Christ has both the opportunity and the responsibility to meet them there.
Twelve Disciples was built with one purpose at its heart — to carry the Word further. To use every tool available to us to reach those who are searching, to encourage those who are wavering, and to strengthen those who are already walking in faith. This newsletter, this community, this little corner of the internet — it is all in service of that single unfinished commission that Jesus left with His disciples on a hillside two millennia ago.
None of this happens without community. The early church did not spread the Gospel through the efforts of one extraordinary individual — it spread because ordinary believers, knit together by shared purpose and the power of the Holy Spirit, simply refused to be quiet about what they had witnessed. That same spirit lives in every person who joins this community, who shares this newsletter with a neighbor, who supports this mission so that it can reach further than any of us could alone.
We are so glad you are here.
Whether you found your way to Twelve Disciples through a friend, through an advertisement, or through what we can only believe was a nudge from the Holy Spirit — welcome. This is a place for believers who take the Great Commission seriously. A place for those who love the Word and want to see it go further. A place for community, for encouragement, and for the kind of faithful, consistent outreach that changes lives one heart at a time.
The commission has never expired. The harvest is still plentiful. And the Lord of the harvest is still calling laborers into the field.
We are glad to labor alongside you.
